The antenna measurement system adopts near-field and hybrid far-field technologies and supports antenna performance testing from 1 to 270 GHz. It provides effective automated electromagnetic testing, analysis, and quality inspection functions for antennas. The system uses advanced industrial robots as the carrier and uses optical technology to provide 6-DOF high-precision coordinate calibration and can realize the performance tests of plane near field, cylindrical field, and spherical field. The side angle accuracy of the antenna angle measurement system is better than 0.01 degrees, and the pointing accuracy of the system is better than 0.05 degrees. At the same time, it supports the 3D probe model compensation function. The in-house system testing technology is on par with advanced international technologies. The system can be widely used in 5G/6G and THz high-gain antennas, phased array radar testing, education and scientific research, and many other fields of testing and performance analysis.
