Xiangshan Laboratory conducted an online Faculty Development Program in association with Delhi Technological University, India, and ARK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., India on December 27-31, 2021.The main research areas of this program were: computational electromagnetics technology, RF/microwave engineering, high-frequency structure simulator modeling, microwave millimeter wave measurement and calibration. Presentation topics: Ansys high frequency tools and 5G technology introduction, limited array analysis, SBR+ simulation, EMIT simulation, Python script in Ansys Application of HFSS, reconfigurable antenna, mode and polarization diversity of MIMO antenna, millimeter wave high frequency technology, electromagnetic analysis method based on integral equation, moment method and high frequency asymptotic technology, random modeling in electromagnetics, PCB design and fabrication process, microwave antenna measurement and millimeter wave radar calibration theory and practice, etc.

The keynote speakers were Prof. Raj Mittra, Prof. Ravi Kumar Arya, Prof. Junwei Dong, and many other eminent speakers. More than 500 participants benefited from this event.
